  • A BISCUIT FOR ALL

All-natural biscuits made with barley spent grain from local breweries.

Never anything artificial. Always something special.

Canine Candy Biscuits wasn’t born in a boardroom; it started with a special pup named Titan. We wanted a reward that worked with his body, not against it. That drive turned a simple kitchen experiment using spent grain into a nutritious, allergy-friendly staple. Today, we are proud to craft all-natural treats that taste good, do good, and make people and their dogs feel good.

Why Spent Grain?

It’s Not Filler. It’s Fuel. Spent grain is a nutritional powerhouse. Naturally high in fiber, it supports rock-solid digestion and gut health without the sugar spike. It delivers a protein punch to maintain lean muscle and provides the essential amino acids your dog needs for energy. Low in fat but loaded with magnesium and antioxidants, it’s the honest, nutrient-dense way to feed your dog’s potential.

Our Process

  • Source Local Barley

We don't just take whatever is leftover. We coordinate directly with our Colorado brewery partners to source 100% barley spent grain, strictly avoiding corn, wheat, and soy. We pick up the mash on brew day to guarantee a fresh, nutrient-dense base that is safe for sensitive stomachs.

  • Handcraft the Biscuits

No factories. No mystery machines. We take that fresh grain back to our kitchen and turn it into Canine Candy Biscuits. We use limited ingredients and a slow-baking process to create a nutritious, consistent reward that honors the raw materials.

  • Fuel for the Gut

From our kitchen to your doorstep. We deliver nutrient-dense, digestive-friendly fuel that is easy on the gut but packed with the satisfying crunch dogs crave. It’s honest energy for dogs of all sizes.

My sweet mutt has digestive issues and cannot tolerate so many of the dog treats on the market. Canine Candy treats have been the best discovery! My dog tolerates them well and we have fun pretending she knows the difference among the all-natural ingredients and flavors. Some of our (her) favorites are Banana Turmeric and Yapple Mint. Plus, Canine Candy is locally owned, produced with locally sourced spent grains.10/10!

Highly recommend! We have been buying a variety of flavors of treats for our pups for the past few weeks from Canine Candies booth at the Loveland farmers market. These are much healthier than store bought treats and have great benefits for dogs. They are also soft and break apart easy which is nice for our little 4 and 10 lb pups. Give them a try, your dogs will thank you😀

My order from Canine Candy is a hit with my dog! She has always been super picky about the treats I purchased. She loves each of the three different packages i ordered. My order was delivered directly to my front porch. I'm very happy to keep my purchases local. :)

I have four senior dogs. Three yorkies have 11 teeth between them, so getting shelf stable treats that we like is a challenge. These are fantastic! My picky Littles love them all - we've tried almost every flavor. And it doesn't mess up their digestion, which is also great. I'll be buying them again, for sure.

I have three teeth left and a bad attitude. Most treats are like chewing on a rock. These barley things crumble like a dream. I gummed it to death in four seconds flat. Finally, a snack that respects my seniority.

I used to clear the room after dinner. It was a power move, but it meant I got kicked off the couch. The humans started giving me the 'orange bag' treats. Now the toxic clouds are gone and I am allowed to sleep on the pillows again. Win-win.

Listen, I ate a desiccated squirrel on the trail. It was delicious. Then I felt regret. My human gave me two Canine Candies. Tummy settled immediately. Energy restored. Ready to find another dead squirrel.

I have figured out the latch. I know where the bag lives. I will stand there and vibrate until I receive the Goods. The humans call it 'begging.' I call it 'aggressive negotiations.' 10/10 crunch.

The tall human tried to feed me a pill wrapped in cheese. Amateur hour. I spat it out. But these? I inhaled them without asking questions. Smells like the brewery. Tastes like victory. No corn filler to mess up my figure.

My digestion used to be a rollercoaster of emotions. Now I drop a trophy-worthy log every morning at 7:00 AM sharp. The human seems weirdly proud of it. Whatever makes him happy.
